BEAUTYSept Drill Cleaner is a ready-to-use drill disinfection solution. The product contains potassium hydroxide, alcohols and amines as well as material protecting corrosion inhibitors. The extensive spectrum of activity as well as the very good material compatibility offer the personnel a high degree of safety in the reprocessing and application of rotating precision instruments. BEAUTYSept BohrerBad is free of aldehydes and phenols.
Application area:
BEAUTYSept Drill Cleaner is used for manual immersion bath disinfection of rotating medical instruments (e.g. drills, mills, diamond grinders and other precision instruments).
Suitable for:

- Diamond grinder
Not suitable for aluminum parts, elastic polishers, ceramic grinding wheels and root canal instruments. Do not use for disinfecting skin and hands.

Vor jeder Desinfektion Schutzkleidung, Schutzhandschuhe, Augenschutz anlegen.
Antrocknen von Verschmutzungen vermeiden. Instrumente ggf. mit einem nicht fixierenden Vorreiniger nach Herstellerangaben behandeln und gründlich abspülen.
Desinfektionsvorgang:
Bohrer-Desinfektionslösung unverdünnt in einen Fräsator geben. Instrumente einlegen, so dass sie von der Lösung vollständig bedeckt sind.
Instrumente nach 5 Minuten Einwirkzeit sehr gründlich mit Wasser (mind. Trinkwasserqualität, ca. 20°C) abspülen und gut abtrocknen.
Bei hartnäckigen Verschmutzungen: Unter fließendem Wasser abbürsten, Desinfektionsvorgang mit 5 min Einwirkzeit in frischer Bohrer-Desinfektionslösung wiederholen. Danach Instrumente auf Sauberkeit und Unversehrtheit prüfen und je nach Einstufung sterilisieren.
Standzeit: Täglich und bei sichtbarer Verschmutzung erneuern.
Das Verfallsdatum des Produktes entnehmen Sie dem Etikett. Nach Ablauf des Verfallsdatums nicht mehr verwenden.
Produkt nicht mit anderen Chemikalien mischen. Vor Erstanwendung des Produktes oder nach Verwendung von anderen Produkten auf eine gute Vorreinigung und Spülung der Behältnisse achten.
Falls die Instrumente im Anschluss sterilisiert werden sollen, zuvor mit entmineralisiertem Wasser abspülen.
Anwendung nur durch Fachpersonal.
Vor Gebrauch stets Produktinformation und Sicherheitsdatenblatt lesen.
Behälter dicht geschlossen an einem gut gelüfteten Ort aufbewahren. Produkt stehend lagern. Von Hitze, heißen Oberflächen, Funken, offenen Flammen sowie anderen Zündquellenarten fernhalten. Nicht rauchen. Vor Sonnenbestrahlung schützen. Nur im Originalgebinde aufbewahren.
